Creating a memorable college experience encompasses a range of elements: engaging courses, inspiring professors, selecting a major, and forming new friendships. For non-traditional students with families, living on campus can sometimes be seen in a negative light. However, the West Edge Student Housing project challenges this notion by offering a positive and enjoyable living environment. West Edge is a newly constructed multi-family apartment complex situated on the University of Colorado’s Colorado Springs campus. The building features 195 units, providing a total of 620 bedrooms and bathrooms. It includes a five-story parking garage, multi-level amenity spaces, and an entertainment area with a fitness room, gaming and multimedia room, and a lounge café.
