The Glen Eagle Self Storage project was both extensive and complex. Spanning 80,000 square feet, the facility featured several pre-engineered metal buildings that required RMG Engineers Group’s specialized structural and mechanical expertise. Our teams collaborated closely on all aspects of the project, including site planning, foundation construction drawings (CD), land planning services, and exterior elevation drawings (PD). During construction, our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team conducted thorough earthwork observations and testing, covering aspects such as overlot fill, subgrade and utilities, footing and cast-in-place concrete reinforcement, concrete sampling and testing, and overall project management.
