The Castle Rock Industrial Warehouse project, situated in the Meadows master-planned community just south of Denver, features two 80,000-square-foot industrial warehouses built using tilt-up construction. RMG Engineers leveraged its expertise in this efficient and cost-effective method, overseeing a range of critical tasks. Our team conducted thorough inspections of all post-tension slab work, including tendon placement, stressing, and elongation, and ensured the use of the required concrete design mix. We managed all concrete placement throughout the construction phase and were responsible for inspecting formwork to verify shape, location, and dimensions. Additionally, we conducted inspections and testing for curbs, gutters, storm inlets, manholes, and asphalt paving.
