Project Snapshot

RMG’s civil engineering team undertook the challenge of transforming a former restaurant site in a commercial retail subdivision into the new location for Big Splash Car Wash. This involved designing and engineering a cutting-edge 200-foot tunnel car wash facility, along with a spacious mechanical room equipped with state-of-the-art drying technology.

Overcoming the complexities of integrating multiple utilities into the existing surroundings, the team delivered an impressive result on the 1.76-acre site. The project featured a 23-stall vacuum parking area, four point-of-sale queues, and prioritized user efficiency and speed. RMG’s scope included geotechnical investigation for soil and pavement design, as well as conducting Construction Materials Testing (CMT) for the project.
